Thank you very much for your kind help and support during all of the arrangements for our lovely mum's funeral. From the minute I walked into the welcome area I felt that I had arms around me - obviously not actual arms but a friendship and a concern and, most importantly, an understanding of how I felt. I absolutely expected professionalism as funeral care is their business but I really appreciated how they went above and beyond that in a sincere, gentle and genuine way. Everything on the day was perfect, tailored to exactly how I wanted it. The advice they gave me was brilliant. They made a devastating time much easier to cope with and I am so, so grateful to them.

She has been absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank her enough. Her attention to detail is outstanding and the support she provided to me/my family was amazing. Tracey went above and beyond for us. How sensitively you organised this funeral for us every step of the way from when it was first carefully set up in advance, to when the weeks came after my Mum's departure and before the funeral, and the day itself. You were there every step of the way. You were there when I asked for you, and you were there just to ask gentle questions along the way to ensure that everything was all that we asked for as a family. There was no intrusion. Just gentle and clear guidance for the process. Your took care of Mum at the Chapel of Rest and I was able to see her and it was beautiful and peaceful. The funeral service and message was lovely. It was so meaningful to us and I feel it gave my Mum the honour that she deserved. Beautifully and sensitively done. Thankyou always.

James Hughes did an excellent job of my wife’s funeral the funeral Director Suzanne malone was Brilliant she helped me a lot and nothing was to much trouble for her i can’t thank her enough the only thing was the Driver of the Limousine was very miserable didn’t say anything to me or the other passengers other than that everything went well

Outstanding service at such a heart breaking time. The kindness and compassion that was shown to us by Suzanne Tracy and Sian was exceptional. Every detail was taken care off nothing was too much trouble. My mums send off went perfectly with their help and guidance and professionalism.
