Mum's prepaid funeral,a traumatic experience anyway, was made a very dignified event. Stibbards spared no expense to explain, guide and perform a first class funeral. The respect shown to both mum and the family echoed a quality of service sometimes forgotten these days.

The service and care we received from Debbie at Stibbards was exceptional. We were guided every step of the way and Debbie was always there on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. Everything was very professionally handled from Dad's care home right to the end of the ceremony. The calm and professional manner we experienced from Stibbards made a massive difference at what could be a very stressful time and I cannot thank you enough. Stibbards provided excellent service throughout the whole funeral process. They kept us in touch and were so helpful at a very difficult time. I could also talk to them on the phone without hesitation and they put us in touch with the Minister who was also excellent. The visit to the Chapel of Rest was dignified, calm and reassuring. Thank you Debbie, Reverend Phil and the other staff for making my dad`s funeral a celebration of his life.

I had no idea how to organise a funeral, but Debbie was really helpful! Each time I called with questions she answered with great patience even though was busy.
