We were very impressed by the light touch, yet pastoral meeting with the Coop officer whom we met to discuss the arrangements. We were particularly moved to discover how thoughtfully the body is dealt with with those handling it knowing something about my husband and knowing his familiar name.

We chose Co-op Funeralcare partly because the funeral would be some distance away. We didn't understand that we would be dealing with the funeral directors who collected the deceased and so didn't have the benefit of important local knowledge where the funeral was to take place.
In other matters Co-op Funeralcare were very obliging in the period before the funeral, always answering our many queries.
At the crematorium they were courteous and professional. They reassured the family by discussing details before going into the service.

We cannot praise or thank Zoe enough, she guided us through this most difficult time, with professionalism, compassion and kindness, she cared for our mum throughout with dignity and respect and without her we would have been completly lost.

We placed our beloved mum in the care of the Coop Funeralcare Brentwood staff, we trusted them implicitly to ensure everything was as it should be. On the day of the funeral Sam and his staff were kind, professional and patient.

We wish to say a huge thank you to everyone in your Brentwood branch, particularly Zoe and Sam, they really are a credit to your organisation. They helped our family provide a perfect day for our mum.

Zoe was very helpful throughout the whole thing from planning to keeping us informed right through to the end. The day went off so smoothly, couldn't have hoped for better service. I'm sure Karen would have thought so too, especially the horse drawn carriage as this was something she had asked for.
