We lost my 11yr old son. We dealt with Martin and Lee, both were so kind and professional. It’s a horrendous time and they made all the logistics easier and really helped us give our son the day he deserved.

Apologies for the late review. 
We asked Stibbards to deal with my late mum’s funeral on the 31st December 2024. We dealt mainly with Wendy, who was very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. She guided us through the process and what you have to do and she was a huge help to us. It must be difficult dealing with people and families on one of the worst days of your life. 
On the day of the funeral, I remember dealing with Simon, who again, was very professional and respectful.
Stibbards were excellent all round, not one complaint from us, plus the new premises close to Rayleigh Weir are also superb.

Wendy who dealt with the funeral was absolutely fabulous I knew my husband was well looked after and safe. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy, she kept us well informed and up to date about everything

The process didn’t feel real but Wendy guided us and helped us through a difficult time when making decisions didn’t come easy. We received a very professional  service from everyone. 
Wendy our arranger was very friendly and helpful arranging the cremation, she always returned calls and sorted any queries or problems and answered our many questions. 
We were lucky to have a friendly face with Scott our Mr Top Hat who was respectful of our wishes and gave a great service. He knew my husband and so did Darren who was a friendly and caring driver. 
Thank you all at Stibbards Rayleigh for making a very sad occasion the best it could possibly be.

From the initial phone call, right through to the end of the funeral service itself, there was always polite & professional advice readily available.

I would like to mention 2 of the staff who gave a very kind and compassionate service from start to finish.

1. Wendy. She took us through the whole procedure at our own pace, answering all the questions in detail. She was also on hand with a box of tissues and a lovely cup of coffee.

2. Scott. This man goes far above and beyond to make sure that everything is done with the utmost care and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble.

When you are at a desperately sad moment in your life, need help along the way with a topping of kindness, when your beloved family member passes on, then do not hesitate to call the legends at Stibbards.
Every single person that I dealt with from the night my brilliant Mum passed away until the end of the funeral, was truly, truly wonderful. 
Everything was a sad, tear-filled blur as my family and I turned up at the gorgeous new offices to navigate this new situation. However, the whole team made the process extraordinarily calming and professional whilst my face looked like a football from crying and I had not a clue as to where to begin. Stibbards carefully guided us through everything from the booking the horses, all of the day’s arrangements through to the Order of Service brilliantly. 
Thanks to David Brittney for answering my very random questions on email that I sent, along with Stuart Stibbards-Fryer who led the funeral for us. Everyone at Stibbards, thank you. I could really go on BUT 
know that both you and your loved one will be cared for with love and respect throughout your sadness and honestly, I cannot rate Stibbards highly enough.
