The service and support provided by S. Stibbards & Sons has been exceptional.  This is a devastating and very disorienting time in everyone’s life, when we encounter such deep loss and the pain is insufferable.  The wish to honour our loved ones with a fitting send off becomes extremely important and invaluable.  S. Stibbards’ personnel, guidance and clear and detailed processes made it possible for me.  To be able to arrange a send off that honoured the love of my life.  It was personal and it adhered to all my wishes.  The facilities both on site and digitally available (webcast, upload links for pictures) were fantastic.  All of my requests have been perfectly executed and it just made a difficult experience that much lighter. Rev. J. Stannard has been outstanding in the way he conducted the service, and it was a privilege to have him.  I thank to S.Stibbards and Sons for all their help and support, as well as patience and compassion.  I can wholeheartedly recommend their services, thank you.  Diana

From start to finish helping us make arrangements for Dad, Martin, Wendy & Janice (the main people we were dealing with) treated us with the greatest of care and attention, no question was too small and no ask too much.
At all times we felt that Dad was treated with the ultimate dignity and care, and on the day of the funeral, the respect shown was so deeply appreciated.
Its a strange thing to say, but we all feel we would entrust Stibbards to look after us when our time comes!

Stibbards have been amazing from start to finish. Wendy was extremely patient and helpful. We found all of the drivers and the conductor to be extremely professional on the day and would not hesitate to use them again and i would recommend them to any one. Stibbards &sons went above and beyond for our mums funeral
From the moment we met Martin and Wendy they made us as a family feel welcome and supported through such a difficult and very sad time
They kepted in touch from the beginning up until the day of mums funeral and after
No matter what questions we wanted answered or how many times we went over the plans they were there no matter what
Quick responses to our emails and calls too
When it came to the day we had a dress code and Martin along with he’s amazing staff came in our dress code and that meant the world to us as they didn’t have to do that but they did
Also entering the crematorium they stopped and offered to put my 12 yr old daughter up onto the horse and carriage with the driver to bring mum in down the path to the crematorium 
The perfect touch is was to




Very thoughtful considerate and compassionate with regards to dealing with the family affairs and sad situation

What can I say, Stibbards has always conducted our family funerals for many years with love and compassion.  
This time for my mum was no different. Wendy was absolutely brilliant with chatting with us to arranging and meeting the needs we required and compassion and gentleness shone through.
Scott and the team on the day were so so lovely. Explaining the run of events with timings etc and giving us all the time we needed. Again compassion and love and caring was shown. 
We can’t thank you all enough. And will always always recommend your services.
So thank you so much adore making my mums final journey the best it could be and her every wish was met..

The team at Stibbards were extremely professional and ensured the day of the funeral went without a hitch. They introduced us to Colourful Coffins and with the assistance of Colourful Coffins design team a wonderful personalised casket was created. It was the talk of the service.

the funeral of my husband Frederick Clark was amazing. The family and I were dreading it but there wasn't any need
it really couldn't have gone better. The cars were on time, the ushers were fantastic and it was good. The church was spotless and inviting and the Minister. Jon, was wonderful, at times he even made us laugh, my it was sad, of course it was, we were saying goodbye to someone we loved but it was also beautiful. Well done to all at Stibbards.
