From walking into the Undertakers , we were met by a lovely lady called Paula, who helped us with all our questions & concerns that we had, to start proceedings with arranging a funeral for my late Uncle. She was polite, dressed smartly, full of knowledge & very professional. There was no pressure to proceed, but we did, as unknown to us, my Uncle had been into the Undertakers to keep an eye on the prices of funerals over the last few years, making sure he had enough money. Paula let us know what & when things were going on. She made our arrangements run smoothly. And to top it off, we had a courtesy call the day after the cremation to see how we were, and how we had spent the day, as my Uncle wanted a direct funeral. This I feel was going that extra mile in showing that the care for my Uncle & family was 100%. We can't thank the company enough.

Paula at Hastings Funeral Care guided me gently and with such kindness through every stage of my godmother's cremation - she helped make a difficult time so much easier. I made an appointment to view the body and I'm so glad I did: my god mother looked rested and I was pleased to see that her photos and personal belongings had been carefully placed around her. My godmother had chosen a 'no frills' funeral with no service or ceremony, yet on the day her coffin was taken to the crematorium Mary the funeral director showed her huge respect - she and the pall bearers were all smartly turned out and carried the coffin slowly through to the chapel. Everyone went that extra mile for our family. Thank you all so much.

Paula at Hasting Funeralcare was caring and understanding when I made funeral arrangements recently, nothing is too much trouble. She kept me fully informed throughout and liaised with family members to ensure the deceased was respectfully laid to rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending Co-op Funeralcare.

Can not thank Paula enough for going above and beyond to help me with the funeral of my Uncle, especially as I live over 60 miles from his home. She made extra calls and kept in contact all the time. Everything was arranged and explained so well that I didn't feel I had any worries at all. I've thanked her personally but officially would love for her to be recognised as the brilliant member of staff that she is.

Helpful, understanding and compassionate staff. Made the whole process easier by being able to add flowers and order of service sheets so we had nothing to worry about. The staff at the crematorium were lovely, so kind and considerate.
