Losing someone you love is the worst feeling in the world but the situation is better to manage when the people you deal with in the days and weeks afterwards genuinely care and want to help. This is just what T W Fuggle and Sons do. From the moment, we made contact with them, we felt looked after and cared for. They were very easy to speak to, quick to reply, the process was explained thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt my Dad was treated with the upmost respect in the days he spent with them. A completely professional, family run business who I would recommend without any hesitation

Fuggles has a strong reputation and herItage within the area and not without good reason. The whole experience for us at our time of grief & shock  was made as effortless as possible . Nothing was too much trouble for Crispin and the team who looked after every detail on our behalf and provided sound advice. Also a word of phrase for their chosen Celebrant Claire Richardson , a lovely lady who delivered a wonderful service on the day.

Crispin & his staff excelled once again in difficult circumstances. Having dealt personally with four of my close family’s deaths previously I knew I could count on them again.
Nothing was too much trouble & their care made our day run without a hitch.
Crispin even magicked a Funeral car out of thin air for us at the last minute.

From the first appointment to the end of the Committal Service that staff of T. W. Fuggle and Son were exemplary. Crispin was efficient, professional and, most important, friendly and approachable. He answered all my queries promptly and was very reassuring.  When it came to the day of the funeral he gave me a clear outline of what would happen and when. 
Simon Fuggle was very calm and reassuring at the funeral and was quite happy to repeat things when I forgot!  The coffin-bearers were quiet and respectful.
I would recommend T. W. Fuggle to anyone.

Organising a funeral is something you try not to think about having to do. But when faced with the situation of having to , we realised what an incredible job Crispin and his team do. Crispin Fuggle was so helpful, kind and considerate at every stage. He made helpful suggestions and ensured everything went so smoothly that we didn't need to worry about a thing. It all helped to make planning the funeral a positive experience which helped us enormously at such a difficult time. He enabled us to give Mum the best send off we could have wished for. She'd have enjoyed every minute!
