The Co op initial meeting, at their Eastbourne offices, was very sensitive and professional in getting a funeral plan together that met my needs for the cremation of my late mother at her chosen venue of Hastings Crematorium. I was called by the Funeral Director, who assured me that all pland discussed were in place two days before the funeral and, he and his team performed in a faultless manner, to enable a celebration of my 100 year old mothers life to be celebrated with respect within the Chapel. Just plain superb efficiency and care for Lilian. Thanks.

My Mum was a buetiful person and the Funeral Directors gave her the most precious day. From when I first started the arrangements for Mum they showed care and respect in every way and made what is a sad time easy with there help. My Dad & I can't thank you all enough.

The whole service was done with Care and respect to my late Husband
James William Cumming.
The only thing that upset me was that after playing Ken Dodd song “Happiness “ . There was a very short video with my husband singing along to that song . Yes he wasn’t in beat and he had forgotten some of the words. I really didn’t want it to be matched up to the song as it didn’t work. I just want the short video to be played in its natural state.
