From the initial contact with Lee, he and the rest of the Garton team were professional, understanding and sensitive. Nothing was too much trouble but it was done so efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Many thanks to all the staff at Gartons for their help and expertise in getting us through a difficult day.
They responded well to all our requests and quiries.
There was a fairly late change to our funeral plan which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Despite the circumstances of us making his acquaintance, after the unexpected passing of my Dad, Lee is an absolute credit to the team at M Garton and Son. Lee’s level of compassion is unmatched, and he, along with the rest of the team have been able to offer some small piece of solace in such incredibly difficult times for myself and my family. Nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed and up to date at all times, and even just quick phone calls to check in on the family to see how we are all doing just goes to show the character of Lee, and by reflection, M Garton and Son as a whole. We were never pressured or rushed into making any decisions, everything was done at our convenience. Lee and the team went above and beyond to make sure our wishes were met, and really put us at ease as a family that Dad was being very well looked after. Thank you to Lee, and the entire team for everything.

Right from the first contact with Lee over the weekend, following my fathers passing, Lee went out of his way to guide and help, as I had never had to arrange such an event before
Nothing was too much trouble even to arranging for me to see my father in the Chapel of Rest at short notice.
He showed total professionalism, great experience and compassion at this difficult time and continually offered advice and was always at the end of the telephone 
I would highly recommend M Garton and Son, as all the staff actually care and show patience and  empathy which is reassuring at this very stressful difficult time 
Thank you especially to Lee who made this torrid  situation bearable  - he is certainly a great asset to your Company 
I cannot fault this Company in any way and fully recommend them

Had a pre paid funeral plan for mum through Garton's every thing went as she had wished, the help and advice from Lee was 5* as was the service provided by Gartons

I recently lost my father to pneumonia, which was the first time I have lost a parent or sibling. Not knowing what to do or what was expected of me I approached M Garton & Son. They immediately put me at ease and sympathetically took me through the whole procedure. I can't recommend them enough for the kind and considerate way they handled the whole process.
