Can’t rate Coop Funeral Care highly enough. Steph and Kayleigh were fantastic - helpful, sensitive, supportive and communicated with us every step of the way, guiding us through the process of giving our dad a good send off. After initial confusion over my payment going missing the service was excellent. Fortunately a member os staff remembered me from My Brothers funeral and was extremely helpful and sympathetic.
Everything went to plan on the day.

From making the initial appointment with Steph everything was done perfectly.
The staff were kind, understanding and sympathetic, we couldn't have wished, for better treatment.
They sorted everything for us and on the day of Philips funeral even added some personal touches which we found very moving.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, they provided an excellent service at a very difficult time.

Kelly (Holderness Road) was professional and caring from the first visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Kelly is totally committed to her job, and this reflects in the way she communicated and updated at every stage of the arrangements. Kelly is very thoughtful and exceeded my expectations.

I cannot praise Hull funeral care enough they took my mum in and looked after with kindness and care. When we visited mum she looked peaceful and David took my mum to Pontefract Crematorium on the day of the funeral where we met them there for the service. David and all the staff at Holderness Road were brilliant from beginning to end nothing was too much trouble.
