I am very impressed with Co-operative Funeral Services. The team in East Hull is very professional, they listen to your needs, make you feel valued and welcomed in your time of grief. Nothing is too much trouble and I personally felt at ease when dealing with individual members of staff both face-to-face and over the telephone. A professional, bespoke undertaking service is offered, with the emphasis being on compassion towards relatives and ensuring the final wishes of the deceased are enacted. All costs were explained in advance which I think is very important, as this matter can often be overlooked when planning a funeral. Despite the emotional nature of the event, I think the funeral itself was excellently orchestrated, especially the overall tempo of the service and graveside committal, which offered time for reflection of happy times and contemplation for sadness at the loss of a much loved parent.

I liked talking to the staff called Hanna. She is very uplifting and compassionate. She really respected my husband 's wish that chanting Buddhists' chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo three times. She reassured me in a confident way.
I was fortunate to speak to her eternally grateful.

Mike and all the staff at the Co Op did an excellent service in every way I am more than pleased. Incidently early last year my lady partners Mothers funeral was conducted from the same Co Op the Director being Caley and this one was excellent again .Thanks to all staff.
