Kelly our funeral director was very professional, showed compassion and empathy when we went to meet with her to arrange Mums funeral. She listened to what we wanted and delivered everything with care. Kelly explained the processes and what will happen on the day of the funeral and rang up day before to reiterate everything again and to see if I had any last minute questions. The day of the funeral went perfectly and the cars arrived on time as planned and we were able to place Mums flowers on the family grave afterwards. We received mums ashes very quickly after the funeral and was able to take her home. All in all the service provided by Kelly and her colleagues was fantastic and we would recommend their services to family and friends, thanks again Kelly.

My Husband had been terminally ill for quite a while, but when he passed away it was no less devastating. However I cannot thank Mark Bradley, the funeral director, at your Holderness Road branch in Hull who dealt with myself and my Sister- in-Law and her Husband. He was compassionate, understanding and very kind and what more could you ask for at such a terrible time. He made a terrible experience bearable and we even managed to laugh, so good was he at putting us at our ease. Please could you pass on my kind regard to him and let him know how much I appreciated it. Thank you.

The day couldn’t have gone any better, everything went as planned and the funeral director did an amazing job and made us feel at ease on such a sad day. The communication between myself and the funeral director was also really good.
