Couldnt be more hapy with the funeral sevice on such a sad day .by the end of the funeral we was rejoysing my dads life and mike realy did step up and made us feel he knew my dad and his life story was amazing how he put it all together all the family friends and relatives also comented on what was such a lovly sevice and we all thank you so much

The only reason this isn’t an excellent score is because I asked for a lock of my mum’s hair and although I have been told it was taken unfortunately they cannot locate it and think it may have been left in the coffin so it got cremated with her, this was the only thing that I can fault them on

The service we received was excellent. Kerry was really helpful and kept us informed every step of the way throughout. Everything went to plan for the funeral. It was a special celebration day, both family and friends were touched at the lovely service and arrangements.

From the moment we met Kerry at your Bransholme store we felt really at ease and Kerry was very compassionate and empathetic to my 86 year old dad whilst we were sorting out details of my step mums funeral. I would highly recommend your services. Thank you to all involved .

The funeral was conducted with the utmost respect and dedication, they are on hand for any information you may need. We had the basic package and Coop were happy to give their recommendation for the floral tributes, celebrant etc.

100% smazing from when my mum and brother arrived there, kerry I want to thank especially as she was amazing looking after our family, nothing was ever too much for her. Excellent service from start to finish from all the staff.
Funeral was on the hottest day of the year at mid-day and the team did a throughly professional job in difficult circumstances and heat.
My family truly thank them and would recommend them to anyone.

Keira was the lovely young lady who arranged my fathers funeral. She was kind, caring and compassionate during what was a sad time. She cared and looked after dad. She kept us informed all they way through.
David who was our main man on the day, was professional, looked dad on his final journey and made sure we we OK too.
