From the first phone call to the actual funeral Coop staff, in particular, Carol Ogden and Michael, Funeral director were of the utmost support. My late mother and my family were given respect, dignity and sensitive care. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to any bereaved family.

From the beginning the staff were very helpful, empathetic and fully aware of our needs for the funeral dad wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept us informed of what was happening and checking if they could help further without being overbearing or pushy. Dad got the funeral he wanted and that was all we wanted! Highly recommend.

Carol and the team are nothing short of amazing. They took what was a difficult time for us and looked after us impeccably.
My grandfather came along to our first appointment and commented on how he never thought he’d have been laughing whilst discussing his wife arrangements but Carol absolutely read his personality to a tee and made what was a horrible situation lighter and for that, we all will be eternally singing her praises.
I’ve personally had to use this branch twice this year and whilst I don’t want to again for a long time coming, I would not have any second thoughts about returning in the future should I need to. 

Once again, thank you some much for all your help and thank you for not just looking after my departed grandma, but also every other member of my family.

Thank you for the very sensitive and respectful manner of your staff at this sad time.Right from the start your staff guided us through the procedure in a very courteous manner. In addition the celebrant was very comforting to us and her care and kindness was outstanding.

We were very happy with the service itself and everything that was done leading up to the service. Carol at Boothferry Road guided us through the process relating to the order of service, photographs and arranged for a celebrant for John's service. Adrienne the celebrant spent time with us as a family putting together the eulogies for John. The co-op team, enabled us to say goodbye to John in a way that met our needs. I cannot thank them enough for that.
