Absolutely wonderful service all round. I cannot express in words how kind and empathetic the staff were during this sad time. My sister and I arrived at this undertakers feeling raw to say the least. We were treated with great respect and compassion. Cass gave us the time to express how we felt   
She also made what to us seemed unmanageable less daunting. It was like being wrapped in a warm blanket. 
We will always be so grateful for all the help we receive. 
Everyone involved in mums funeral from this organisation were outstanding. This in turn made everything more bearable. We are so glad we found them

JH Way made an extremely difficult period a very easy and straight forward experience. My questions where answered almost before I asked them. JH Way felt like friends and part of the family from the first call to the after care calls. The costs where very easy to understand and I felt extremely good value. Without doubt I can highly recommend the entire team.
