Katie, Helen and all staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Okehampton have been very supportive during a time of great sadness when my father Ernest passed away in October 2023. The care and compassion shown has made a very difficult time a little easier to cope with. They helped and guided me throughout the whole process, for which I am grateful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always available to chat and listen, which is sometimes needed during such a difficult time. I would recommend and would use again.

Rose to the occasion of a different service and certainly made it the celebration that we and Mum would have wanted. Even had support from the driver who played our memory playlist on way in through his system. It was brilliant service from start to finish.

Katy provided my family with excellent support from the very first visit. Offered expert knowledge, when we had no idea what to do. Her guidance and helpful ideas were very much welcomed . All the staff at Okehampton Funeral care were very sensitive and attentive to our needs both emotional and practical. I have now used the coop for two family funerals and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. There was a wide range of options for us to choose from, we didn't feel rushed at any stage and we felt in control of the process as much as we needed to be. Special mention of thanks to Juliet, Katie and Tristan who all went above and beyond for my brother and I.

Caring, friendly, courteous and helpful. Funeral care went 'above and beyond' in the handling of my father's funeral relieving us of a lot of the stress and worry in dealing with the event. Nothing it seemed was too much which meant we felt relaxed about contacting them regarding any issue big or small and confident that all would be resolved.
A highly recommended service.
