Our Traditional Funeral Service price includes:

Conveyance of deceased into our care within a 15 mile radius. For distances further than this a surcharge normally applies
Preparation and care of your loved one in private and modern hygienic facilities
Care, support, and guidance before, during, and after the funeral
Our full professional service that includes 24hr a day availability to carry out our client’s instructions in a caring and dignified manner
We will discuss with you, and complete on your behalf, all the necessary arrangements and documentation. This can be carried out in the comfort of your own home, over the phone, or at our premises in Bude or Launceston over a cup of tea or coffee. Evening or weekend arrangements can be made with you in advance, at no extra cost
We will take instruction from you and liaise with all the required third parties on your behalf.
Full written confirmation of arrangements and breakdown of costs will be provided to you for agreement prior to the funeral
Supply of a standard Oak Veneered Coffin suitable for burial or cremation. Alternative coffins are available, a surcharge normally applies
Use of our Chapel of Rest facilities to view your loved one. Evening or weekend arrangements can be made with you in advance, at no extra cost
Provision of our ‘modern classic’ Jaguar Hearse. A surcharge normally applies to non-local Churches and Crematoria
Online obituary with Funeral Guide via our website, and social media if requested
Taking care of and forwarding charitable donations to your chosen charity that we may receive on your behalf. Charitable donations may also be made via the Obituary page on our website in partnership with Just Giving
Conveyance of Cremated Remains from local Crematoria back into our care. Once you have advised us of your wishes, we can convey them to your home address locally, or you may wish to collect them yourself from our premises in Bude or Launceston

G F Gubbin have provided a sensitive and efficient support service throughout all the burial arrangements for my mother. This involved some extra arrangements as the burial was over 200 miles from the place of death. Some third party difficulties over the burial plot were overcome smoothly by prompt action from G F Gubbin, and my family was delighted with the final dignified result.

Harry, Jo and all of the team couldn't have been lovelier. Right from the moment Harry first came to see all of us he was caring, friendly, organised and sympathetic. Dealing with Jo was so easy and she made everything calm and easy to understand for our 89 yr old father. Everything we wanted was facilitated without fuss or question and again with care and understanding. The funeral was everything that we wanted and went without a hiccup from start to finish.
In such horrendous and heartbreaking circumstances we all knew we were in safe hands. We really can't recommend Harry, Jo and the team highly enough. They made us and our Mums funeral special and for that there's not enough words to say thank you xxx
