Excellent in every aspect, from first point of contact to the day of the funeral. The whole team were professional, organised and very helpful, with a kind and caring attitude at all times. The death of a much-loved, young family member is always distressing but Fleur and Wai at Coop Funeralcare, Cowick Street, Exeter, were amazing. They were sympathetic and had total empathy. They arranged the funeral quietly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for them, even changing the crematorium at short notice because of the large numbers expected to attend. We had complete confidence in them and the funeral took place smoothly and as planned thanks to the local Funeral Director on the day. You couldn't ask for more. Thank you!
