I cannot fault the care and guidance I have received from Simon at Otter Valley funerals, he has been exceptional. I have never had to arrange or deal with a funeral before and he has made the whole process a lot easier to cope with.
His knowledge is second to none and no question or request is too big, he will always help in any way he can.
