We were very impressed with the professional, courteous and respectful service we received from A W Lymn. We were able to get the options we required, and without being pushed to buy anything we did not. The whole process went smoothly and we were kept up to date at every step. We were especially impressed by the very fine hearse provided, and by the funeral director walking in front of the cortege, baton in hand for the first few hundred yards from my late father's house. Would definitely recommend A W Lymn.

At the worst possible time in my life I found L W Lymn to be kind and sensitive, right from the moment when they took my partner from our home, where he died, to the day of his funeral and beyond.

They were often in touch regarding the funeral arrangements, just to make sure everything was as I wanted it to be. They arranged everything for me, from stunningly beautiful, fresh flower wreaths to a wonderful humanist celebrant, whose eulogy was perfect for my darling partner. I had a few visits to their premises in Littleover, to consult with Dan, the funeral arranger, who listened intently with interest and carried out every wish every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough. They made a very difficult time as calm and straightforward as possible. Well done team Lymn and thank you all. x

I was very impressed from start to finish,the service provided was excellent.
I cannot praise Dan Barnes enough for his prompt,respectful & kind handling
of the arrangements,keeping us fully informed every step of the way.
My father was picked up from the care home immediately after the doctor had
certified his passing,& Dan`s colleague Kevin called us promptly to let us know.
Dan either e-mailed us or made a telephone call to go through the arrangements,
& I was made very welcome in my visit to the Littleover Office to sign the forms.
The funeral itself was very well organised,& a great send off for my father

It was a particularly difficult time for me during the current COVID-19 pandemic, as it meant that I had to organise my Dad's funeral, who lived in Littleover, from my home in Australia.
