About Us
Located on Burton Road, AW Lymn's Littleover branch opened in May 2017 and funeral arranger Dan Barnes is in charge of the office, along with senior funeral director Kevin Hall.
The premises offer a reception area, visitation rooms, family room, cold room facilities and a ritual washing area.
Dan is available to see clients from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, or at any other time by appointment – the telephone number operates 24 hours a day.
The office is called Meek House and is named after David and Shelagh Meek, both Littleover residents and long serving members of staff at A.W. Lymn. Husband and wife team David and Shelagh opened the main Derby office on Becket Street in 1985.
Nigel Lymn Rose, former president of the National Association of Funeral Directors’ manages A. W. Lymn The Family Funeral Service, along with his sister Jackie and his son Matthew.
