I was recommended Bernard and daughter for the funeral and was so pleased I took the advice. Relaxed, friendly and caring. They helped us to work out the funeral we wanted, took over all the paperwork and offered useful advice. The funeral itself was faultless just the right amount of respect without overdoing it. They took all the worry and stress away to allow us to say our farewells with our family and friends. My thanks to them.

From the outset, I received nothing but compassion, professionalism and a very high standard of attention to detail from both Bernard and Dianne. Nothing was too much for them, and the personal care of me and my family from them was second to none. The care and compassion showed to me at a time of deepest grief at having lost my husband was incomparable, and I know that both did everything in their power to ensure my wishes for my husband’s funeral were followed to the letter, which was a great comfort to me. On visiting the funeral home, I and my friend were welcomed as members of the family, something I will never forget and be eternally grateful for. Thank you Bernard, Dianne and Sandra.

From the very first phone call, Bernard and Diane handled the arrangements for mums funeral with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, their professional approach was so comforting at a very sad time. Our wishes were respected from the start and we appreciated the guidance we received when we were unsure about some of the details. Mum was not religious and the suggestion of having a celebrant to do the service was well received by friends and family that attended the funeral, thank you again Charlotte and once again, thank you Bernard and Diane.

Bernard Diane & Sandra are an amazing family who really helped us amazingly with all my mums funeral requirements. They are exceptionally caring, kind natured and organised and dealt with all our family needs just as we asked.
