Very professional and understanding at a difficult time. Helped in getting certificates sorted when things were being held up.

My family and I cannot praise Dianne and her team highly enough for their professionalism and care they took with the death of my father.  Prior to his death I was able to speak to Dianne at length about the funeral process and when he eventually passed away, nothing was too much trouble for Dianne. We could ring her at any time, day or night, and the speed in which she dealt with other agencies to get his funeral arranged within 7 days just showed to me how much other agencies thought of her.  On the day of the funeral her team were wonderful, dealing with everything.  At the most saddest time in a persons life, you want a Dianne around you.
