My mum lived until 108 years old and when she passed away we needed guidance on how to organise her funeral.
A very dear friend of ours recommended Bernard and his daughter following his Mothers death.
We were so pleased that he did.
Dianne and her team were so kind and helpful and ensured that everything mum wished for was granted.
They are very respectful and everything went like clockwork.
There is a lot more to organising a funeral nowadays then we realised.
Also the charges for their services are very fair.
You are dealing with the people who run the business direct and nothing is too much trouble.
In difficult times they are the people to go to.
Thank you so much Dianne and your team.
You did a wonderful Job xxxx

If you are looking for funeral directors to lead you through the toughest times of your life with empathy, help, kindness and guidance then these are the people you need to be with.   We can’t recommend highly enough   They were respectful, considerate, had a great sense of humour and totally put us at ease in a situation we felt completely out of our depth with.    We felt like Dad was in the best hands possible and were so grateful for all their help.

I can’t thank Dianne, Phil and all the team enough for their wonderful care and attention to every detail. We were treated like family which made the whole process more bearable. The day of the funeral ran like clockwork we were not rushed but allowed enough time between church and crem to speak to all that attended. Excellent personal and compassionate care from Dianne and the team. I would highly recommend them to look after you at what is an emotional time. Dianne is very empathetic and also professional. The funeral went smoothly and was a great send off for my Dad. Their help in making this happen was a huge part of it. I would always be more than happy to recommend Bernard Kennedy & Daughter. Genuine care and compassion shown throughout at a hugely distressing time, and we gave mum her funeral and did it our way with all the help we needed. Mums ashes were back at home with us the following day.
I looked into another alternative seen on TV due to our circumstances, prior to using Bernard and Dianne. When I found out how they went about their business and how our lovely mum would have been dealt with, there was no way we were using them.
