During such difficult times (covid) we expected things to be disrupted but every hurdle was dealt with by Dianne to ensure our family didn’t encounter any more upset.

I have had to deal with two deaths in late 2018 and one in late 2019 and more recently another in March 2020 at the first lockdown due to the pandemic.

There is nobody else I would call in the High Peak to deal with arrangements and trust more so than Bernard, Dianne and Sandra. It was important to me that my late relatives were respected and treated with dignity and they were. Nothing was too much trouble and there were no unexpected add-on fees. In fact, they went one better than that by not charging me to inter my late mother's cremated remains in the churchyard a few months after the event. The delay being me getting permission from the church.

Attention to detail was first class, from the vehicle cleanliness, smart dress of all those who drove or were pall bearers and the little details like floral arrangements. And no trouble or inconvenience on their part for calls out of hours at just after midnight or in the early morning or turning up on their premises early on a Sunday morning. Only a welcome and a cup of tea.

Lovely family business and when my time comes I will be reassured I am in safe and trusted hands on my final journey.

This was a terrible time for us and during COVID made even more difficult. I can not thank Dianne enough for the amazing support she offered. Dianne was there for me every minute of every day and even though my mums funeral was the strangest experience ever I felt like it was very special due to the amazing efforts of this fantastic team. Excellent First Class and the most caring and kind service you could ever wish for during such difficult and sad times. Thank you x

It was my father's wishes to have Bernard and his daughter Dianne to care for him after he had passed. I am so pleased that he had spoken to me about this.  The care, compassion, help and thoughtfulness they showed to my sister and myself was above and beyond the call of their duty. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise and thank them enough for the kindness shown to us at such an upsetting time. The thing I remember most was their friendliness and professionalism. Everything about them was family orientated and personal. In my opinion they are definitely the best!

Bernard, Dianne and Sandra looked after us at a very difficult time. They are the kindest, helpful and most hard working people you could wish to meet. They took care of everything and offer a very personal service, nothing was too much trouble. We genuinely thought they had undercharged us when we received the funeral bill.
