Bernard and Dianne did a fantastic job they treated us like family. They provided guidance but allowed us to do things just as we wanted. Despite COVID restrictions we had the funeral my Dad had wished for and you can’t ask for more than that. Only having immediate family made it a very special occasion. My mum, sister and I can’t thank you enough.

It was a difficult time with covid but they looked after me through every stage.If you need them the phone is answered in seconds. I couldn't have wished for any one else to take care of Mother they did.

Mr Kenney and his daughter both went the extra mile to ensure that my mothers funeral was the best that she could have within the Covid Rules. On the day of her funeral,despite heavy snowfall and blocked roads Mr Kenny ensured that my mother arrived at Burbage Church on time together with a replacement vicar as the original vicar was stuck in   Tideswell. Mr Kenny has many years of experience in his profession and we have been very grateful to him and his daughter for their  guidance and regular updates from the moment we first contact him.

Simply put, Bernard and Diane made a really difficult time bearable. Not only were we having to cope with the death of someone we loved, we were having to do so through the added dangers of a COVID-19 epidemic.

As a family, we have nothing but praise for the care and concern shown to us by every member of the team. We will be forever grateful.

Both Bernard and his daughter were very caring and helpful all through the process. My husband died in May at the height of the pandemic and we were only allowed 9 in the crematorium. It wasn't very pleasant, but they had explained everything clearly to me beforehand which was a very great help.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
