Judith and Anna were absolutely brilliant with me and my sisters. The funeral director Ross was exceptional. The whole experience was obviously very upsetting and waiting nearly a month to lay my dad up rest was something that we didn’t expect. However the girls, Ross and put humanist minister Beryl Nunn went above and beyond

An exceptional service from the very first phone call, to our final goodbyes. 

Very caring, supportive and generous ladies handled all the planning of the service and nothing was too much for them. Even opening up other parts of the building for my dad with no mobility. 

Our funeral director was brilliant. Again, very caring and respectful of our needs and incredibly supportive to both my dad and I, and the other people attending. 

I can’t thank these guys enough for all the hand-holding they had with us through a very difficult time.

I can’t praise the staff at the Billingham branch highly enough.  From the 1st phonecall to the funeral day, they have been amazing.  Nothing was too much trouble .  I wouldn’t use anyone else!
