Totally outstanding service from 1st contact till after care. Julie &isa could not of been better if they tried as they were so caring , respectful, patient and understanding with our family and others that we saw also in bereavement. The Service was lovely and the other staff at the funeral were pleasant and kind also.

Spennymoor Co op were absolutely amazing in the service they provided to ourselves as a family and also to Gordon, Lisa was outstanding and always went out her way to see how we were as a family and also did everything she could to get Gordon into your care, she treat him with the utmost dignity and we appreciate how she kept him company and spoke to him while she was at work. It is greatly appreciated everything that Lisa, Julie and their team did for Gordon and also for ourselves. They all made a very hard time that little bit easier for us all.

The dignity, respect and care shown was outstanding. I can not praise highly enough lisa who works in the spennymoor shop. This lady is an asset to your company. This lady goes above and beyond her job. The only part of the process I was highly disappointed with was having to talk over the phone. I found this very impersonal. This is a hard time when someone passes away and having to do this over the phone is not nice. Thank you to everyone who made this day the way my man wanted. The man who walked in front of the coffin was such a lovely man.
