We would like to thank you for all of your help support and guidance with Mam and Dads funeral arrangement's, it was a difficult time for us and you hit just the right note of being  professional with a little bit of humour thrown in, it probably helped that Mam and Dad where so prepared 20 years ago buying their plans, Liz was also excellent, we were very pleased with the whole service.

We had the funeral for my wonderful dad just before Christmas, and I can honestly say it was as warm and Ron-flavoured as it could have been. Gavin from the funeral home was pleasant, courteous and accommodating, and did a lot to make the occasion go off as well as it possibly could.

The initial meeting was good and Elizabeth was excellent in all aspects of arrangements and stepped in to act as coffin bearer even though we had advised that no one from funeral party would be participating.  Reception area deals with pre and post funerals therefore, interruptions occur f2f and phone. This could be improved (respected), as upsetting especially when collecting belongings or ashes.

Everyone was so kind and understanding, nothing was too much. Gavin couldn’t do more for us as a family. Even took Mary around the sea front on her last journey. Something we hadn’t even thought about. What a wonderful touch. Thank you.

From first contact, our experience of Co-op funeral care Hartlepool has been perfect - as it also was for my Dad’s 4 years previously.
We had a consistent contact throughout in Elizabeth who was professional and attentive    who guided us through the entire process. All in all everything was spot on!
They made what is a difficult time, so much easier.

A very professional and sensitive service. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent. Superbly smart personnel and limousines. Allowed us to personalise some parts of the package and gave plenty of advice on choices and decisions we had to make. I would recommend.

The only negative we can find was the amount of time we were allowed outside of the church after the mass, we didn't get a chance to thank people for coming before we had to move on to the crematorium.

Elizabeth was wonderful in dealing with my mother's funeral and hit every note spot on. A professional in every sense but balanced with the right amount of sympathy, understanding and advice. Death is never easy to deal with but Elizabeth helped me through every step with gentle hands which at least made the practical side of things easier to deal with whilst I processed my emotions.
