We were looked after from the start. Gavin took his time and guided us through a really difficult time. The whole of the staff showed patients and understanding of our grief and took good care of us. Our celebrant Karen Marshall was a verry kind and caring lady that took her time to bring out of us what we wanted to say about our son Matthew and helped us to get through a really overwhelming day. Excellent seem inadequate for the services provided by all concerned.

such a heartbreaking time was made a little easier by having such a lovely caring, and very sincere team around me. I had never organised a funeral before and genuinely didn’t know where to begin but the funeral director showed me the way and give me the freedom to  give my mam the best funeral and for that I will be forever grateful
