Julie at the Ferryhill branch, provided an efficient and caring service for my grandfather's funeral. She ensured that the Order of Service booklet and funeral arrangements were exactly as I wanted, making the day so personal and unique to him. She dealt with everything very respectfully and sensitively and I took comfort in knowing that my loved one was in safe hands at the chapel of rest. Fabulous job! Thank you so much.

The care and support was outstanding. They couldn't have done anymore than they had already done. The love and care they showed to my mam was excellent from the first meeting and up to the funeral day.
