Julie is fantastic at her job. So professional. It was a difficult time and the staff helped make sure everything was perfect for my Gran.

My mum's funeral arrangements were dealt with very professionally and with compassion. Julie (FERRYHILL) was a credit to her profession explaining every step to us, while making everything feel very dignified and personal to us as a grieving family. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Coop funeral services FERRYHILL branch. A big thankyou, mum would have approved of the dignified way she was layed to rest .

I had a direct funeral for my dad and I was very happy with the service I received. They kept me informed of the procedure at all times as well as being kind and supportive. Highly recommend and am thinking of sorting my own funeral out in advance.
