I am not sure we can ever repay Andrew and his fantastic team for the service given to us after the loss of my dad. 

The professionalism, empathy and heartfelt sympathy was second to none.  There were many special touches he arranged for us, but the one that meant the most was ‘Elvis’ playing for him in the chapel of rest, so special. We didn’t ask for that but it meant so much, my dad would have loved it!

Greys service was second to none. Nothing was any bother to them. They helped us in every part of mams final time.
Andrew allowed me to walk alongside him as we left home & into the crematorium as my own personal respect.
I was allowed to provide my own personal eulogy with Jean standing by incase I couldn't, just to step in & finish if needed. Jean herself was amazing
Even now we are still receiving the best of help to complete mams perfect send off. My heartfelt thanks & love go to Andrew & kay, & the other staff we never met but helped on our hardest day.

From the very beginning of our stressful journey navigating both the planning of an unexpected funeral and the impact of Covid 19, everyone at Andrew Grey has treated us with respect, warmth and understanding. They have been professional and meticulous in every aspect of the planning and have accommodated us during the ever changing Covid guidelines. Being local to the area has been a massive help, we all speak the same language which has been a huge comfort during the planning and delivery of a fitting and respectful funeral.
