I rang Andrew grey when my mother passed away & spoke to Ben white, Ben was really professional when I was speaking to him & came to my fathers house three days later to arrange the funeral nothing was as too much trouble & my mothers wishes were met with absolutely no problems what so ever, on the day of the service Andrew himself carried out the funeral & he & his staff we’re brilliant Andrew’s professional guidance made a really difficult day a lot easier, Andrew even played the organ & the piano for the hymns which meant the world to our family, we can’t speak highly enough of Andrew & his staff, the personal touch really makes all the difference, Thanks so much all at Andrew grey funeral directors.

Everything was handled absolutely brilliantly from the initial visit after my mam passed away. Only problem was with respect to Orbitus. As we were late to get into actual crematorium family watching assumed the wrong funeral was shown and switched off so not happy about that.

The Respect my family holds for Andrew and his outstanding team is more than any Excellent rating, its immeasurable! At the most hardest heartbreaking time in your life, Andrew and his team are there from hrs after your loved one has passed to guiding you through your sorrow to even days after burial, asking how we all are and if we need any more help. The dignity and respect shown throughout is absolutely heartwarming. This is a service money can't buy, it's from the genuine sincere hearts of Andrew and his staff which is Priceless! No silly ask was ever a problem, what we asked for, Andrew obliged and carried out. Not to mention on the day of the funeral the professionalism from Andrew and the admirable Rhonda was off the Outstanding scale. Rhonda like Andrew provides a level of service and compassion that leaves your heart warm knowing, your loved one has been given the best level of care and dignity possible and for this, we Mary Barkers family, will forever be grateful and proud to know. Mam was certainly our Queen in life and still treated like one in death. For this I'll forever find comfort for the rest of our lives, knowing we picked the Best Funeral Director ever. Lucy took care of us from the start, through the funeral and after. We found Lucy to be very polite, courteous, and at every opportunity, asked if she could help in anyway, very hands on, exactly what was needed.

Andrew and his staff have been so caring and understanding we myself and my family . When we visited mam at the chapel of rest she looks so peaceful like she was a sleep and her hair was beautiful. Gillian helped with the plot for the funeral and lucy . Well what we say about lucy she has been there with us though everything from start to finish . You have all been so helpful and understanding and we would all recommend you . Thank you

Andrew Grey arranged my Dad's funeral a few years ago so we knew we were in safe hands when my mam passed away.
They dealt with a few complicated matters extremely well, everything went smoothly from start to finish, including all of the personal touches that my mam had requested. Having a funeral plan definitely helped, making the whole process simple, yet still personal and dignified.

What shouldn't I say about Andrew greys
Absolutely marvellous amazing attitude towards people amazing with our dearly beloved dececed did a fantastic job keeping the body as well as it could be from the start of our grieving process ben was absolutely amazing could not fault him he went far and beyond for our family and there whole attitude towards the funeral was so gracious and was everything my dearly beloved father was wanting we couldn't have asked for a better place to have done this in our time of need we will definitely be recommended your facilities to other families and friends as we couldn't have had it done any other way

Amazing care and support. respect was given to the whole family with a real focus on giving mam the send off that she deserved and would have wanted.  The after care and support was above and beyond. Andrew and the team are beautiful angels without wings. I cannot thank them enough ❤️
