Coop Funeral Care in Chester Le Street were contacted following the recent death of my Mother, Marjorie. From first contact Funeral Director Kathryn was polite, friendly and compassionate. She guided us through the process of arranging my mother's funeral in a very professional manner and with care and consideration of any personal requirements and wishes. Excellent communications and advice were given and maintained throughout the whole process. The Funeral service was conducted respectfully and in a dignified manner. I would highly recommend Coop Funeral Services in Chester Le Street for their first class funeral services.

very pleased with everything the staff were very sympathetic any very helpful. When we arrived at the chapel, I caught site of Phil and when I saw him I relaxed because I put my trust in him and I knew everything was going to be alright and go to plan.
One comment I was very upset and angry by one of your employees from the legal department who was trying to pressurise me to discuss legal maters I told him he picked the wrong time but he was very insistent to the point of annoyance. Someone must have given him my phone number.

The service they gave me was very good the lady was g8 at this sad time for me she actually helped calm me down I was stunned with my wife,s death i didn't expect her to die so soon after being admitted to the rvi hospital in Newcastle. All I can say I'd recommend the co op 2 anyone they take care person,s left behind. Yes first class service I'd recommend it 2 anyone no problem. Thank you for looking after me .ROBERT WHEATLEY.
