Julie and colleagues treated my family at this sad time with respect and compassion. From first appt. to final correspondence they were very helpful and professional. Finer details on the day of funeral were very much appreciated. I could not fault anything. Thank you to everyone.

Nick the funeral director was very helpful and guided us through everything. I can't praise Carole Briggs (celebrant) high enough after spending an hour with my daughter and I she put into words exactly what Pam was like . It was one of the most moving eulogies I have ever heard. On the day our wishes were carried out and everything went smoothly. A perfect way to say goodbye to a loved one. Neville

Fantastic service from start to finish. Peter was fantastic . Very helpful and keen to make this experience as good as possible and focussed on our wishes. It meant my mother had the best possible funeral to celebrate her life.
Whoever the embalmer was a genius. Despite being 4 weeks since she passed, my mother looked so well. She would have been chuffed. 
The hearse & limo staff were lovely and delighted with Carole, our celebrant.

I used the Co-op direct cremation service and highly recommend them.  The funeral director was extremely kind and understanding and very much appreciated.  Where necessary I was kept informed without having to prompt at all I really couldn’t have wished for better.

After the sudden unexpected death of my 30 year old son Colin and the team provided a professional and caring service both during the ( delayed ) funeral and the challenges in the build up to it. We are all extremely grateful to all the staff and can't thank them enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this service.
