I am very disappointed with the service received.  Not actually sure what I have pad for, after all the confusion as to where my mother could be cremated, three different versions, then after speaking with Glynn Valley they COULD accommodate my wishes, this was not needed at a very traumatic time.   I then asked if my Mum was ok to view as it had been a week since her passing and was told yes she's fine. Well it was far from fine and I practically ripped the door handle out of Angie's hand to get out of the room (I am now left with this image for the rest of my life) she was very dark around the eyes and her skin was so translucent and so thin you could actually see her skeleton!! 

I have now received a letter because the bill was incorrectly made up and you owed me £25.  I see that the cost included a funeral director and a vehicle to meet me at the crematorium, this was not the case as I arranged it with Glynn Valley for just the internment.  There was NO funeral.  The letter also refers to a "Mrs Kathleen Jane Warne"!  Not Mrs Ruby Johnson.

This was so disappointing as you acted for my Mother and myself for my Dad which was perfect, we saw him and it was beautiful such a shame I will never have those thoughts about my mother!!!

Communication right from the get-go was really good, Amy was very efficient and accommodating of my requests. All the staff was very kind and caring and the funeral went without a hitch, better than I could have hoped for. It was beautiful actually.

We were very happy with the service provided by Bodmin Funeralcare. Everything explained & handled with much care. Very reassuring funeral arrangers ,nothing too much trouble & showed much kindness & patience at such a difficult time.

Angie, Amy and company are just fantastic.
The service they provided to us as a family was faultless. Everything was explained fully with warmth and compassion. Our wishes were carried out in the utmost professional way within what is a very emotional time. The funeral was just perfect with them guiding us every step of the way.

We were offered a very good service by Angie, although there were problems (not related to Bodmin Funeral care). They were able to deal with or work around them.
Angie was first rate in dealing with all the family, and arranging some of our strange requests, such as grandchildren's hand prints on the coffin, and the wearing of Christmas jumpers on the day, and that included the funeral director and driver. A first rate service was offered by all involved.

I can’t rate Co-op Funeralcare, Bodmin highly enough.  They were all highly efficient, always extremely well turned out and so very empathetic and caring. My husbands funeral went without any hitches at all and was conducted with a respectful, quiet dignity. Special thanks to Rob and Angie for their friendly and caring assistance before and after the funeral. Well Done.

My aunt had requested a simple cremation.  All the people I dealt with were so helpful. The team that came to take my aunt to the funeral directors weren’t even phased when they got stuck in the lift.  Angie was so helpful and I really appreciated not being given the hard sell for a more standard funeral.  Letting me know in advance when my aunt's cremation was taking place meant I could let our family and friends now so we could all hold her in mind on the day.   Thanks again to everyone
