From the initial meeting to arrange my late husband's funeral to the weeks following the funeral, Jane and James, and the funeral care team at Coop Funeral Care in Eye, Peterborough were outstanding. Their care and attention to detail made our special day run so smoothly, and with great meaning for us. But their kindness went beyond the funeral; they were there to offer guidance on bereavement assistance, and to just listen when we needed them most. At such a difficult time, having this professional support with such a personal touch has been invaluable.

Nothing but EXCELLENT. From picking my dad up at home (where he died) to my dads funeral Jane and her team where exceptional. They were caring and thoughtful and everything we required or asked for was  fulfilled to their full potential. Would very highly recommend for the loss of a love one. We have had an extremely positive and helpful service in our darkest times. Jane was so helpful and caring and went above and beyond expectations in her care of Paul and us. We really cannot put into words how grateful we are for her excellent caring attitude and helpfulness. We were given choices at all times and Jane explained the different choices to us. She remained calm but caring in the face of my blubbering! Jane really made what was a difficult task for us so smooth and has kept us informed of every stage. Jane also helped us arrange my Mother in Laws funeral back in February 2023 and again we received excellent care which is why we came back to her to help us arrange my brothers care.  I would 200% recommend Eye funeral care to any family wanting a kind and caring service for their loved ones and cannot thank them enough for their care.

I received such kindness and support at this most difficult time. The staff who collected Michael treated him with the utmost dignity and respect. Jane at the Eye office could not have been more helpful and compassionate. James the funeral director conducted the service on the day was so kind and professional.
