Alex was superb in the weeks before - he listened and made the funeral just as we wanted. We were very pleased with how the actual day of the funeral went - Alex added a very special touch.

The only comment I have is with the Crematorium - I feel there should be a separate CP for visitors to the office

Organising a funeral is a daunting process, especially when dealing with the grief and shock of losing a loved one. Alex and team at Co-op Mill Rd were excellent at navigating me through the process, guiding me along the way with decision making. Great communication by email/phone and Alex tried his best to make the funeral run smoothly taking into the account of our wishes, and helping with our children also. I would highly recommend this service.

I was always treated with respect and kindness and all my wishes were taken into account. Some of the IT systems seemed a little slow and out of date and there was some confusion about whereabouts of certificates etc.

However I would b happy to use them again in the future and felt that my brother had a well organised and well managed send off.

Mark took time and care for our needs. Alex was attentive as the senior pull bearer at the crematorium. Only one comment needed that there were were no name cards on the two floral tributes having given the details required. Overall a good friendly service.
