All the staff at Co op funeral care in Cambridge were very supportive to us as a family throughout. Respective at all times but in a relaxing manner that helped us on the day of the funeral but also when discussing the funeral arrangements, genuinely listening to the life of our lovely mother, made the whole emotional experience so much easier. The initial call to your national help line was very good, helpful and clear on what I should do

The second call to the local branch in Cambridge was also clear and helpful

The meeting to arrange the ceremony was well run and presented the options available without any real pressure to buy additional options

Subsequent questions were answered quickly

The Cambridge branch selected a brilliant celebrant to run the ceremony for us

The actual funeral went forward without any issues, all very smooth and well organised

Funeral went well, apart from coffin flowers showed a message saying it was from my niece Gillian and not me who purchased them, it appears that Gillian's tribute failed to turn up, this caused some distress

We dealt with the cambridge office and Emma and Michelle went out of their way to help us and organise a lovely funeral they made what was an extremely difficult time a bit easier and can't thank them enough and Richard and the ushers (didn't get all there names) and the drivers were all extremely professional and respectful they listened to everything we wanted and they made it happen even down to the celebrant Lisa did a fantastic job from the bottom of our hearts we Thank-you all and appreciate the job you did
