He has the right balance of professionalism, integrity and true empathy which puts you in control of the way you want the funeral to be, whilst expertly guiding you through every part of the process. He keeps in touch in the lead-up to the service, makes sure you have all the information you need to make the right decisions for your family, and goes the extra mile to accommodate your wishes. The special touches around the day itself were much appreciated. As for the actual funeral, it couldn't have been more respectufully conducted - I am so grateful for Paul and his team's help and advice during the service, and the way they presented the hearse, coffin and flowers was beautiful beyond words. We chose Morse funeral services because we had heard recommendations from other people and read the reviews on line.
What you can't get through reading the reviews is the actual care and dedication that Paul puts into the quality of service he provides.
We as the family of Joe Hopcroft can not recommend Morse funeral services highly enough he put everyone at ease with his professional care and attitude and made an unbearable day one we can look back on with a smile because everything flowed perfectly and was as we would have wanted.
Paul took the pressure of us as a family and dealt with every question we had and email we had sent him nothing was too much trouble.
Paul started as just a man who took on dad's funeral but left as a member of our extended family.
