I had never arranged a funeral before,  Paul Morse was fantastic  - calm and caring and helpful. He even organised a turquoise wicker coffin for a woodland burial.

From creating the online tribute page to organising the orders of service and guiding us through the day itself, he made everything feel calm and under control. From my very first phone call following the death of my husband, Paul’s care & attention to detail was exemplary.  He was consistently kind & courteous, empathetic, & always helpful.   He made thoughtful suggestions but allowed us to make up our own minds about the details of the funeral, so that as a family we felt very involved in the planning.  He was also very considerate of our need to be cost-conscious & gently pointed out the little extras which we didn’t really need!  
All in all, a lovely gentleman providing a first-class excellent service.
