From the first call to Paul, to meeting him to discuss funeral arrangements, and finally to our mum's funeral day, he has been absolutely amazing. Paul is so considerate, so calm, and completely takes control of the whole process which really is a weight lifted off your shoulders at such a stressful time. I strongly recommend Paul Morse. Thank you Paul for your kind and attentive support at this difficult time for us.

Unfortunately this has been my 2nd funeral to arrange in the last few months. I had no hesitation in contacting Paul again. Of course all the arrangements were sorted efficiently. Paul was excellent from start to finish at a very upsetting time . He was very compassionate  and caring . People actually commented at the crematorium how lovely he was . My mums service was beautiful and I can’t thank him enough xx

Paul dealt with me in a very kind and most helpful way. His guidance was excellent and really helped me through the process of preparing for the Funeral.
On the day everything went exactly as planned and it was a moving and enjoyable (if that's the right word) service. A number of people told me it was the nicest funeral they had attended.
The Celibrant and Caterer recommended by Paul were also excellent and dealt with me in a very helpful and sensitive way.
Paul suggested Green Acres at Jordans for the service and that facility was absolutely perfect for the type of 'send off' my wife would have appreciated.

Morse Funeral Services will not only take care of your loved one, but they take care of you as well. Paul is so personable, kind, caring, reassuring, understanding and very good at his occupation.
We lost our dear mother.
As with a loss of a loved one, you want only the best and most dignified level of care possible. We recieved nothing less than this.
Paul always had time to answer any type of question. He understands the types of situations that may arise. He tailors everything to exactly how you'd like it. He honoured our last minute changes as though it were no hassle to him at all.
His pallbearers and team are very professional, respectful and understanding. They gave us the option to carry Mum and lower her into her resting place. But also reassurred us that they're there, right next to us if there were to be an issue.
The level of service and care is just outstanding. If we hadn't of picked them as our funeral director, the entire process would not have been as smooth as it were with them.
We would highly recommend and cannot thank Morse, Paul and team enough for their personally approach to absolutely every single step of the process and of the funeral.

Paul and his team were amazing, after a tricky start with another funeral company Paul stepped in and what an amazing difference he
made , our dad had sadly passed away unexpectedly and so we were in shock , Paul made everything so much easier for us and explained to us what needed to be done , he was there for us all along the way and at dads funeral he was just brilliant. Myself and my brother had never had to arrange a funeral before so was overwhelmed with all what had to be done , but Paul helped us navigate what needs to be done and was just fantastic. At a very sad difficult time we cannot recommend Paul and his team enough .

Paul and the team instinctively knew what we and my mummy would like before we did. It was a beautiful funeral from start to finish, full of pomp and ceremony and reverence to dear Jesus and also an opportunity of getting saved by Jesus. We so enjoyed and had time to gather our thoughts in the limosine following dear Mummy. The order of service was lovely and a lovely keepsake, the flowers adorned our hallway. We so enjoyed Paul's personal touch and sweet care.

It was incredibly difficult to have to face planning a funeral again so soon after the loss of my father the year before. Paul enabled what was an exceptionally painful and emotional time in our lives to become an occasion where we could celebrate, remember, and above all have all the consideration we needed and actually, even more than we could have expected, in order to enable me and my mother to say goodbye with dignity and grace.

The additional thoughtful touches made were perfect, showing a wonderful level of empathy, understanding, and above all compassion, which was so very needed at such a challenging time. It was wonderful to have things handled, details communicated with us, and above all dealing with an individual who seemed to understand without prolonged words what needed to be accomplished.

Everything from start to finish was faultless, there were no difficulties, no difficulties presented. As soon as the process started it was all handled with a kind of effortless grace that made it significantly easy for us.

Neither my mother nor myself felt rushed or ignored. Everything was done, with guidance provided to help us when it came to the finishing flourishes. There was nothing that was too much or that couldn't be taken care of; in summary, while still emotional and painful, the care provided by Paul and his team made sure that we were able to focus on our grief and saying goodbye to a beloved family member, my brother, without any further burdens being added.

There are no words to thank for the dedicated care we received, and both my mother and I are incredibly grateful to have been able to make use of the services here. Thank you, again, repeatedly. Thank you.

From the first conversation I had with Paul I knew we had the right man to organise my husbands funeral. There were no instructions left so we planned the funeral we thought he would like.
From the meeting at Green Acres to the end of the funeral day Paul was there to help. I think his favourite phrases are " no problem " and " don't worry, I've done it already "

I cannot recommend Morse Funeral Services highly enough. Paul Morse, his sister Nicola and the rest of his team are consummate professionals and compassionate with it. Paul looked after our family when my father passed away in 2018 and I did not hesitate to contact him when we lost our mother last month. There is no up-selling and Paul goes out of his way to accommodate your wishes big or small. He truly cares , advises and supports you through a difficult time.
