Alex at Co-op Funeral Services was very friendly and professional. She made sure that the funeral service was very fitting for the person whose service it was and family and friends were comforted by knowing that the person had a 'good send off.' The officiant, Peter, was extremely helpful and spoke very well using a suitable tone for the occasion. The service included some lovely details including the music and some short readings. Overall it was a beautiful service.

A very personal service was provided to our family at what was a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble as we were guided through the process in a friendly helpful manner. The whole service that was provided took the stress out of decision making which could otherwise have been overwhelming.

Everyone so caring and friendly from the first time me and my sister walked in. Alex was doing dad’s funeral, explain everything to us, she was so warm and caring. Dad looked peaceful when we saw him, it was nice to see him in his clothes and his hat he always wore. I was able to take dads dog and mine to the service which was nice. Peter who done the service done it really well, again he was so warm and caring. Everyone said what a lovely service it was and how nice Peter was. I know Dad would have been really happy with the funeral we gave him. We couldn’t of asked for more and we thank everyone for his send off.

The whole proceedure was very well done. Everything from the eulogy by Dave , the celebrant, the order of service and the flowers were perfect.Special thanks to Tom for guiding us through everything. We have had a lot of feedback from both friends and family commenting on how good it was.

I cannot fault the service provided by Nicole, Terry and the team. Special mention for the beautiful flowers - very reasonably priced. From the first visit to arrange the date and time for the cremation to the collection of the ashes, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail.

The service we recieved could not be faulted in any way. Our Funeral Director Alex Warren was courteous and friendly and put us at ease at this difficult time whilst maintaining an air of dignity and respect. She could not have been more helpful. With her guidance and the services of the Officiant Peter Davies I think we achieved a fitting Celebration of the Life of my late wife rather than a sombre funeral. Everyone who attended remarked on it being a lovely service.

We as a family could not fault the care we received from the the staff of our local branch.
The service for our family member was just prefect.
We had phone calls before and after the funeral to see how the family were doing.
After dealing with other funeral services I found them
