Very considerate and sensitive handling of Dad’s funeral by Sarah in Nailsea and the team on the day. Fantastic celebrant Alistair made the service about Dad and the family he left behind, and didn’t use a standard script. It felt like a real celebration of Dad’s life.

Faultless!  Stephen and Sarah were amazing and really helped with making the arrangements for Dorothy’s funeral as smooth as possible. They were both warm and caring and nothing was too much trouble. On the day Kelly the funeral director was excellent, her team were  very professional and catered for our every need.

From start to finish we were treated with sympathy, respect, sensitivity and kindness. Steve and Sarah in the Nailsea office were totally professional and in our face-to-face discussions with Sarah regarding the particular arrangements for Dad's funeral we could not have asked for someone with greater empathy and kindness. On the day of Dad's funeral, Liberty, the Funeral Director was totally professional and treated our little party with kindness, humility and sensitive respect.
The whole team should be acknowledged and highly recommended.

They are very helpful and friendly caring service they made the service proud the only concern I had was they were ready to start Richard's journey without telling me but I was looking for my children but I fully understand that we had a timetable to run by apart from that all staff are amazing thank you all again

Co-op Funeral Care Nailsea have now looked after the Funerals of both my parents and I can honestly say they have been superb. 

From first encounter to last they have struck a great balance between empathetic and kind but also practical and helpful. They never seem rushed and everything we asked was done to the highest professional standards.

I would, and already have, recommend them to anyone who sadly needs their service.

I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care I received. I have completed the online review with lots of detail but I can only say that Stephen was absolutely wonderful. He made a very difficult time much easier with his knowledge and kindness. He also anticipated what we might need help with and checked in with us regularly to help us through the process.

Stephen at the Coop funeral care Nailsea helped us through a difficult time .
His colleague Will took special care to contct me before and after the funeral to check everything had been done carefully and efficient .

Basically all things went well.staff were supportive and organised things well.
Subcontractors were not good. Local grave digger would not dig grave. I wonder why. Another had to be brought in from another area .£80 cost then increased to ,£100 the extra I have not paid so far.
At the grave side I was told by the vicar the grave digger was not around to back fill the hole.
The church kindly found some one else to do this.
The service was held up while this person was found.
Really not very happy with this situation.
I will repeat again staff at Nailsea could not have been more helpful. The problems were not their fault blame sub contractors.

Sophia and jo were incredible from start to finish.
Really lovely ladies and our beautiful mums funeral was really lovely and couldn't have been a nicer send off.
Me and my bother have never known loss before so was all new to us, jo and sophia stepped up and sorted everything for us.
They even recommended a celebrant they thought would be good for us and they got it spot on, the celebrant beverley was fantastic.
Sophia and jo are very compassionate and listened to silly stories about our mum.
Unfortunately we couldnt see mum in the chapel of rest due to her illness, she wasnt viewable but the ladies told us this from the moment we met them to not get our hopes up and they were very sorry to tell us we couldnt see her.
Thank you sophia and jo, you're both lush Xx
