The service we received was good and if there was an option for good I would of opted for this. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t more information on international repatriation and as the initial person we spoke to had been there many years I was surprised that they didn’t know this or at least offer to find more info as I found this out separately.As it was I got more info from a family funeral directors who helped me out  and weren’t even handling the funeral and you missed out on handily this.

Also when the funeral has to be changed I felt this call could of been handled better. It’s obviously a very sensitive situation which was delivered as it’s been cancelled here’s you new date. When we had explained at the beginning the timing issues because of family holidays. Also it would of been good to receive updated paperwork with the new date and time and perhaps a follow up call before the day as it was I rang up before the funeral directors rang me on the day of my dads funeral.

My brothers funeral was made so easy by Deb. So understanding, helpful and sympathetic. We didn’t really know where to start but step by step she showed us the way and all the options and everything  ran smoothly from start to finish. The funeral was exactly the way we wanted it.it was perfect. Would Definately recommend.

The service we’ve received from the whole team at Bishopsworth was exceptional. From the very first meeting with Tracey we felt at ease and in excellent hands during a very difficult time. Tracey, Debbie and the team ensured that every option was considered and the funeral was tailored to our needs.
Richard who carried out the service is a true professional he was able to guide us through the service and ensure that we were able to give Dad the send off he deserved. We are so pleased we chose Bishopsworth Funeral Care.

All aspects absolutely excellent, staff great balance of respectful but friendly and helpful. Every request followed, and would definitely recommend the bishopsworth branch. The funeral director especially made a difficult few days
much more bearable. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
Only slight 'moan', and hence 4* rather than 5* was that my brother and 3 family members, who carried Mums coffin, felt that the lady was a little abrupt and 'Sargent -Major'-ish when giving them instructions. Made a nervous and emotional act all the more tense, especially as my nephew is only 18 and none had been coffin bearers before
Many thanks also to Alison, the Celebrant, who again was the right balance of professional yet friendly.

three issues:

I asked for a 'basic' ceremony but was still showed coffins that were more than basic to chose from, not the very basic product. If not challenged then would have been charged several hundreds of pounds more.

doctors fees were not included in the final total and so was contacted again once bill settled for the extra. Not very professional.

Its now been about 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me regarding my Mothers ashes. Are the crematorium really keeping my Mothers ashes separate for this long. No update from crematorium or Funeral Directors.

So professional but so very kind, caring, & supportive.. Really gave my mum the respect,dignity, care she deserved when mum arrived into their care after she had passed.
Mums funeral service was so beautiful from begining to end.. 
The help, support, care that was given to us as a family was outstanding & so was the care, respect, dignity mum received..
Cannot give enough praise to each & everyone involved

at a time when i could not get my head around certain things
i was very glad i chose the co-op to handle my mums funeral ,
