Very Happy with the service I got in the beginning. Karma was very helpful. But after that the cremation day was postponed, then my doctor was away so forms could not be signed. So the cremation was put off again. My husband passed away on the 2nd August and still I am waiting for ashes to come back from the crematorium to put him to rest. I do NOT blame Kama she has done her best to get it sorted. It seems there could be a better system of retrieving the Ashes.

My sincere appreciation on behalf of the whole family to the co op Luton funeral team. I cannot express enough how sincere and professional they were in dealing with my late mothers funeral. What was an emotional time for the family with decisions to be made, they were there every step of the way to guide us and make it as hassle free as it could possibly be. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We dealt mainly with Karma, Mel and Jodie. An absolute credit to your team to as we’re all the staff who participated in the day of mums funeral.
Thank you to you all. I would very highly recommend your services and professionalism to anyone. Thank you to a wonderful team.

Everything went very smoothly on the day with no problems.
A little apprehensive when our funeral arranger went off sick( obviously not her fault, my sympathies are with her) as at this time you are feeling very vulnerable. However things were handed over to someone else who had all the details.
On the day it went off without a hitch. The cars were beautifully clean & the men & Lady driver were very smart, courteous & kind. They led us through the ceremony with perfection.

On the whole we were very happy with the service. Just one thing though, as we had to wait nearly four weeks for the cremation, a phone call would have been nice to keep us updated. I had to ring a couple of times as my mum was worried & upset.

Overall the funeral was lovely and Harry was lovely too.  Some fundamental errors were made whilst arranging by the funeral however which I shall report separately.
