Very happy with all aspects of the funeral arrangements and organisation.
Very professional, easy to work with, regular updates. 
They were sensitive to our needs.
Special mention to Julie at Thornliebank, she made the whole process from start to finish straightforward, nothing was too much trouble, she genuinely cared, had a lovely nature, and managed to strike the right  balance between being professional yet being very caring and sensitive.

Thank you to Lisa in the Mount Florida Branch for co-ordinating the arrangements for our father’s funeral on 21 March 23. As always, the service from the Anderson Maguire team was exemplary with sympathy, understanding and dignity at every step. One minor glitch  in the pre funeral arrangements was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lisa.

My family have used the services of Anderson Maguire on several occasions over the last 20 years and cannot praise them highly enough.  From start to finish, everything was made less stressful, from the initial call in the middle of the night to John Paul, the unrushed and extremely helpful meeting with Lisa at Mount Florida and the dignity and appearance of Alistair and the drivers of the hearse and 
Family car who carried out their duties so respectfully.
A very difficult time was made so much easier and the actual day of the funeral was perfect, with the Celebrant we had hoped for, Marion McDonald, and piper Gary.

I can't recommend Lisa from Mount Florida/Anderson Maguire highly enough.She was a great help arranging my mums funera,very understanding and nothing was a problem!Also
the men driving the hearse,family car head bearer were all so respectful and,like Lisa,are all a credit to Anderson Maguire.Thank you Karen x

We received very good service from the staff of Anderson Maguire, which made it much easier for us to deal with all aspects of our mother's funeral.
We were, however, disappointed that that we weren’t offered cards at the crematorium on which those present could have left their names and contact details. My sister says that this is done as a matter of course where she comes from, in Cheshire, and she thought it would happen automatically. We would like to have had a record of all those who came, we were aware that not everyone shook our hands as they left or went back to the Busby Hotel.
I was sorry that we hadn’t been told there were two small "stained glass “ windows with mum’s name at the front of the crematorium and in which I presume we could have had a photo of her.
Apart from these two points, we were very happy with the service we received.

We were absolutely blown away as a family with the arrangements from start to finish. From initial contact to sandra in shettleston branch, everything was done as we wanted and so perfect, marion macdonald celebrant was also outstanding we had loads of comments on the service as how well it was done and brightened up a hard day for us all. The kind and caring manner of all the staff at anderson maguire they truly are exceptional people and we cannot thank them enough we didnt once feel stressed as they dealt with it all !! I would like to thank especially sandra and steven from shettleston branch and of course marion macdonald for service . I would highly recommend anderson maguire to anyone. Its a 5 star plus from us and again thank you all xx

We had a lovely experience dealing with Lisa at Anderson Maguire Mount Florida. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa, she was very kind, compassionate and helpful when dealing with our mums funeral arrangements. Lisa offered us lots of advice and said we could reach out to her anytime or call anytime, which my dad and I both did on a few occasions. We are so grateful to Anderson Maguire for making a very sad occasion a less stressful experience with their professionalism, both from Lisa, all the other extended team members of Anderson Maguire & also to the celebrant Mark Bishop, who provided a beautiful service for our mum. Would not hesitate to recommend Anderson Maguire to anyone.

Used the Anderson Maguire Cardonald branch for my late fathers funeral and they couldn't have been more helpful and professional.
In the office Jacqui was so sympathetic and helpful taking time to explain everything and went out of her way to arrange every single detail and more.
On the day the cars and staff were immaculate, they were respectful and professional at all time and couldn't do enough for us.
Although they were not the cheapest quote we had they were also not the dearest either, I and so glad that we went with them as Jacqui and Laura took care of everything I would recommend them to anyone in this difficult time.

Lisa was professional, caring and accommodating. She dealt with all our questions and requests and offered advice or options when required. My children and I were very pleased with the floral tributes in the hearse. The cars and drivers were well turned out and the drivers and the man in charge, John (I think), were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend Anderson Maguire and the Mount Florida branch in particular.

Lisa and the guys we saw on the day of my mum's funeral were lovely.
My husband was in the front of one of the family cars talking to the guy who was an ex policeman.
Lisa even told me that she was in talking to my mum when she was in the viewing room which I thought was a beautiful touch and meant a lot to me.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Anderson Maguire to anyone looking for a funeral company.

It's a terrible time for the family but Gail Sheer at Colston Road was compassionate and professional from the moment we met her. A challenging viewing for my sister was also made easier by Gail's attentive approach to detail. On the day itself, the cars along with Michael the FD and his team were utterly brilliant from start to finish.

I've given an excellent 5 stars as that's all I could give but I could not recommend the company any more, truly fantastic service and Gail was amazing.
