From the moment I called them when my mum passed, they treated us & my mum with respect they talked us through every step. Then when we visited the parlour Sandra was brilliant so caring and taking us through step by step sorting everything out with dignity and respect. The undertakers at mums funeral were brilliant very attentive making sure her service went smoothly
