The staff could not havr been more helpfuk or compassionatr both in the office at home or during the service it haas made the whole process much sumpler.

I can’t praise Anderson McGuire highly enough. They guided me every step of the way through bewildering and emotional process, never rushed me to make decisions and treated everyone and everything with the utmost respect. On the day, the funeral director was brilliant and every detail was perfect. Little touches showed an understanding and kindness that made such a difference.

We cannot say enough about the service Anderson Maguire, Thornliebank provided us with, Susan and Liz took us by the hand and went through everything, stopping when necessary to let us take it all in. They didn't just provide a service they became part of our family. The drivers were respectful, kind and courteous, though Tony must have wondered if he was at a party and not a funeral such was the laughter in our car (just the way mum would have wanted it to be). Saying THANK YOU doesn't seem to be enough as they made mum's funeral a wonderful, calming, respectful experience for us all. Thank you x

Everything as expected, but disappointed about early concerns about where my mum’s rings were, and as already discussed with Susan, a lot of effort my side with regards music (disc and delivery to Crematorium)

Nothing was too much trouble and her organisation and planning was perfection.

Can't praise the staff at the colston branch enough from Gail who took us through the painful process with respect and compassion and for Chris and his team who took our mum on her final journey . The dignity and respect shown to the whom family from beginning to end was truly commendable we cannot THANK you all enough .x

The team  at Anderson Maguire were excellent from the moment we walked through their door, welcomed by Gail, to leaving their beautiful cars when they dropped us at the hotel we’d chosen for the bereavement lunch after the service.  Due to the time of year, between Xmas & New Year, availability and completion of the required documentation was somewhat delayed, but Gail ensured matters progressed whilst we waited.
