We used Gail and the team for my Mum and Dads funeral. My parents died within two

The horse &cart was beautiful also the cars they arrived on time .The flowers were gorgeous.Mark Bishop was fantastic the story he told of my mum was fantastic he is a pure gentleman I'm glad that Gail told us about him .Gail was brilliant with all of us.I would like to thank everyone on that day it was very special for my mum we done her proud .x

This was the first time I have had to organise a Funeral, and was getting worked up about how it would all come together from organising things like Flowers, Music, Order of Service Pamphlets Etc.

Needn't have worried, with the help of Gail at Anderson Maguire Colston Branch, she talked us through it all, and every aspect was arranged at the one time in a single visit.

I was also delighted with the presentation of my dear Wife at her Viewing, she was as we remembered her before her long illness took its toll on her and she looked beautiful and at Peace.

Service continued after the Funeral with follow up calls from Gail to ask if everything went well.

This is not the first time I've dealt with Anderson McGuire Colston branch. I have used them when my stepdad passed in 2019 then again in September when my mum passed away. The very capable and lovely Gail Sheer looked after me and guided me through the process to ensure I and my family had everything we needed from coffin , car, flowers, order of service, memorial cards. Gail is a credit to your company. Constantly keeping me updated throughout. To ensure everything went smoothly
